Lawyer Fuaad Punjabi represents one of the legal and consulting competencies on which Al-Itqan International Consulting relies in building its professional solutions for business organizations. His expertise combines legal practice, business protection, risk management, and an understanding of the Saudi business environment, in addition to his specialization as a consultant in legal project management and as the author of a book in this field.
He is a licensed lawyer and legal consultant, a member of the Saudi Bar Association, and a member of the Saudi Quality Council. He holds a master’s degree in commercial law and has practical experience in providing legal consultations, litigation, managing judicial files, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal memoranda and documents, and building legal solutions that help enterprises and entrepreneurs protect their interests and organize their commercial relationships.
He was previously the owner of Fuaad Punjabi Law Firm and Legal Consultancy before its merger with Al-Itqan International Consulting, and he currently serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Before joining Al-Itqan, he served as General Manager of Khubaraa Al Khaleej Law Firm, where he also headed the litigation department. He also worked in the field of quality and operational excellence at Dr. Fahad Al-Rifai & Partners Law Firm and Legal Consultancy.
His value as a legal consultant is reflected in his ability to read an organization’s reality from both legal and commercial perspectives, analyze the risks associated with its activities, and then transform that understanding into practical legal solutions that can be implemented, whether through contracts, policies, procedures, dispute management, or building legal compliance models, while employing legal project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution and achieve results.
His expertise is concentrated in commercial law, business protection, compliance, legal project management, drafting contracts and legal memoranda, reviewing contractual relationships, and providing legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs, in a way that balances regulatory accuracy, the requirements of commercial reality, and the client’s need for a clear and applicable decision.
His professional approach is based on the principle that legal service is not limited to handling disputes after they arise; rather, it begins with legal prevention, understanding the nature of the activity, identifying risk areas, and building regulatory frameworks that reduce disputes, preserve rights, and support business stability and growth, while adopting legal project management methodology to organize work and achieve efficiency.
He is also interested in legal training and transferring professional knowledge in a practical and accessible manner. He participated in Al-Itqan Camp and obtained completion certificates in training programs that included Project Management Professional (PMP), building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) manuals, analyzing personality types (MBTI), and Training of Trainers (TOT), in addition to authoring a specialized book on legal project management.
Al-Itqan International Consulting benefits from his expertise in providing integrated legal solutions that serve business organizations in the areas of legal protection, governance, compliance, risk management, legal project management, contract drafting, and organizing commercial relationships, in line with the company’s identity as an integrated house of expertise that combines management, law, education and training, technology, and design.
