Request a Professional Consultation
Receive a private consultation session with a specialized consultant from Al-Itqan International Consulting. The session helps you understand a specific professional matter, analyze its dimensions, assess the available alternatives, and reach a more balanced, clear, and actionable decision.
A professional consultation is a private, clearly defined session that connects the person requesting the consultation with an Al-Itqan International Consulting adviser whose experience matches the subject of the request.
The session is designed to help you understand the challenge or decision more deeply, identify its dimensions and causes, discuss alternatives, risks, and opportunities, and reach professional directions that enable you to take the next step with greater confidence and awareness.
The service is not based on a general opinion or a ready-made answer. It begins with reviewing the request and selecting the most suitable consultant. The consultation is then provided in light of the available information, the professional context, and the limits of the agreed scope.
A focused session provided to an individual or decision-maker to discuss a specific matter, evaluate alternatives, address a professional challenge, or request specialized guidance.
A service provided to an organization or enterprise. It may require institutional diagnosis, a multidisciplinary team, a defined scope of work, implementation stages, and detailed deliverables.
When your need relates to a specific personal or professional decision, the professional consultation path is the most appropriate. When the need concerns developing an organization, building a system, or implementing an integrated consulting project, an institutional consultation request is the more suitable path.
Al-Itqan International Consulting includes consultants and experts across multiple disciplines. The appropriate consultant is selected according to the nature of the request, relevant experience, and availability.
Initial legal guidance, understanding the legal position, reviewing contracts and obligations, employment relationships, disputes, litigation, notarial matters, expert assessment services, and identifying the appropriate legal course before taking action.
The session itself does not constitute acceptance of legal representation, advocacy, notarial work, or expert assessment. These services are subject to a separate scope and agreement when required.
Supporting management decisions, addressing leadership challenges, improving performance, managing teams, planning professional development, handling organizational problems, improving communication and delegation, and managing priorities.
Evaluating technical options, selecting systems, tools, and platforms, digital transformation, business automation, data analysis, business intelligence, artificial intelligence applications, and assessing decisions related to technology projects.
Evaluating visual identity, developing professional presentations and profiles, improving creative portfolios, selecting design directions, organizing content visually, and supporting decisions related to design and institutional and digital communication.
Building training pathways, developing trainer capabilities, designing programs and training packages, analyzing needs, selecting professional certifications, evaluating programs, measuring training impact, and developing training content and experiences.
Developing educational programs and content, teaching and learning methods, measurement and evaluation, designing educational initiatives, developing the professional practice of teachers and educational leaders, and examining educational options and challenges.
Submitting the form is the beginning of the review. The consultant, scope, appointment, and fees are then determined before the session is confirmed.
Select the area and clearly describe the matter, decision, or challenge.
Verify the clarity and specialization of the request and the suitability of the service.
Based on the subject, experience, availability, and absence of conflicts of interest.
Clarify the scope, duration, method, appointment, fees, and required preparation.
Discuss the matter, analyze its dimensions, and assess alternatives and directions.
Provide the agreed deliverables and propose a separate scope when required.
Do not include trade secrets, passwords, sensitive personal data, or confidential documents in the initial form. The appropriate method for exchanging necessary information will be coordinated later.
The session may be recorded with the consent of all parties for documentation, review, and supporting the use of its outcomes. The raw recording is not automatically considered a deliverable and will only be shared after it has been reviewed, edited, and approved by the consultant and the company.
The consultant may remove or withhold portions containing confidential or sensitive information, data relating to other parties, discussions that are unsuitable for circulation, or proprietary professional materials, methods, and tools. The deliverable may consist of a complete approved recording, an edited version, extracts, a written summary, or no recording if professional, regulatory, or confidentiality considerations require this.
Receiving the recording or any part of it does not grant the right to publish, circulate, reproduce, or share it with another party without the prior written approval of the company and the relevant consultant.
The company and its consultants handle submitted information only within the limits of professional need and the nature of the service. The consultation requester is responsible for ensuring their right to share information and documents and for avoiding disclosure of information relating to other parties without appropriate justification or authorization.
The consultation is based on the information and documents available at the time of the session. It does not replace a comprehensive review, investigation, or specialized technical, legal, or medical assessment when the subject requires one. The recommendations represent a professional opinion, while responsibility for making and implementing the decision remains with the consultation requester.
The consultant may recommend an additional service or another specialized opinion when the matter exceeds the consultant’s field of expertise or requires separate procedures, examinations, or professional representation.
You may express a preference for a specific consultant. However, assigning the request depends on the consultant’s specialization, suitability for the subject, availability, and absence of conflicts of interest. The company may suggest another consultant who is better suited to the need.
No. Submitting the form constitutes an initial request subject to review. You will then be contacted to determine the suitability of the service, the consultant, appointment, duration, fees, and required arrangements.
The fee is determined according to the consultation area, the consultant’s experience, the session duration, the complexity of the subject, the amount of preparation or document review required, and the requested deliverables.
The consultation may be provided remotely or in person depending on the nature of the request, the location of the parties, the consultant’s availability, and the agreed arrangements.
A professional consultation request does not include implementing a project or preparing a detailed deliverable unless this is stated in the agreement. A separate proposal for implementation or institutional services may be provided when required.
Not automatically. A recording is shared only when recording the session has been authorized and after the consultant has reviewed, edited, approved, and agreed to share all or part of it.
A specific result cannot be guaranteed because outcomes depend on the nature of the matter, the accuracy of the information, the surrounding circumstances, subsequent decisions, and the extent to which the recommendations are implemented.
Send a brief description of the matter or decision you would like to discuss and identify the outcome you seek. The Al-Itqan International Consulting team will review your request, identify the appropriate specialization, and contact you to complete the information and coordinate the consultation.
Submitting the form does not mean that the request has been accepted or that an appointment has been automatically confirmed, and it does not create a contractual obligation. The request is subject to review and to determining the consultant, service scope, appointment, duration, and fees before approval.
