Dr. Najwa Shaheen is an educational and pedagogical consultant, certified trainer, and expert in quality and institutional excellence. She has extensive professional experience in education, training, educational supervision, curriculum development, quality management, and capacity building.

She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Science Teaching Methods from the College of Education, a master’s degree in Educational Supervision from Umm Al-Qura University, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Education from King Abdulaziz University in Makkah, with first-class honors.

Throughout her career, she has progressed through several educational, supervisory, and leadership roles. She worked as a teacher, then as an educational supervisor, and later held leadership responsibilities in educational supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and total quality. She also founded and managed Al-Itqan International Center for Training and Educational Consulting, through which she provided her expertise in developing training programs and educational consultations.

Her experience combines academic knowledge and practical application. She has contributed to curriculum and course development, the preparation of educational guides and tools, the design of training programs, and the leadership of quality and institutional improvement initiatives. She has also obtained several professional accreditations and certificates, including a certified trainer license, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor certification, and Quality and Excellence Leader accreditation from EFQM.

She has received several professional awards and recognitions, most notably the Yousef Saleh Qutub Award for Best Doctoral Dissertation in Science Education, the Quality Pioneer Medal and Certificate, the title of Quality and Excellence Ambassador, as well as more than 200 letters of appreciation from various entities in recognition of her professional and academic contributions.
