Hatem Ibrahim Hassan Al-Amoudi is a licensed labor consultant authorized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and a trainee attorney. He has more than seven years of practical experience in the private sector, supported by legal expertise in examining labor cases, analyzing laws and regulations, and developing solutions that reflect the realities of the workplace and the needs of businesses and individuals.

He provides labor consulting services in matters relating to compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and its Implementing Regulations, the drafting and review of employment contracts, the regulation of employer–employee relationships, the review of work regulations and internal policies, the management of labor disputes, and support for amicable settlements. His work contributes to protecting rights and reducing legal and regulatory risks.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Jazan University and completed two years of professional training at the law office of Ahmed bin Abdulrahman Al-Madkhali. During this period, he participated in reviewing a wide range of case files, analyzing statutory provisions and applying them to the relevant facts, preparing legal memoranda, following up on litigation procedures, and representing clients before judicial authorities.

His professional interests also extend to franchising in Saudi Arabia. He has prepared a specialized study addressing the legal and administrative aspects of franchise relationships, the obligations of franchisors and franchisees, the drafting of franchise agreements, the protection of trademarks and technical know-how, and the governance and regulatory requirements necessary for sustainable expansion.

He also possesses professional knowledge of the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law. This includes reviewing tender documents, terms, and specifications; analyzing statutory and contractual obligations; understanding qualification and contract-award procedures; and contributing to the preparation and pricing of technical and financial proposals in accordance with tender requirements.

In organizing his legal and consulting work, he draws on accredited training in professional project management, training of trainers, key performance indicator development, and administrative skills. He applies this knowledge to structuring procedures, managing risks, controlling timelines, and improving the efficiency of legal and consulting operations.
