Dr. Abdullah Al-Hunaidi is a consultant and expert in training systems, quality management, and institutional development. He has more than twenty-two years of professional and administrative experience in strategic and operational planning, organizational diagnosis, training needs analysis, performance management, the development of measurement indicators, and the design of institutional structures, policies, and procedures.

He served as an officer in the Saudi Armed Forces and held staff and advisory responsibilities at a senior leadership level in the field of morale development. He also managed training within the Department of Religious Affairs of the Royal Saudi Land Forces. His leadership and administrative experience strengthened his ability to design work systems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance performance quality across government, social, and training organizations.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Hunaidi holds academic qualifications in Islamic studies and military sciences. He is a full-time trainer and an ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, certified by the UK-based IRCA. His consulting and training expertise includes total quality management, institutional excellence, continuous improvement, business process reengineering, Kaizen methodology, risk management, performance indicators, and the development of objectives and key results.

He also delivers specialized programs in training of trainers, the design of training programs and materials, training needs analysis, training evaluation, and the measurement of training impact and return on investment. His work also covers the development of training products and quality strategies for training systems. He has collaborated with several government, military, social, and charitable organizations and has participated in media and consulting activities related to leadership, management, quality, and training.
